Products are matched by barcode or SKU. No stock changes on any channel until you approve the first sync. You can connect several stores on the same marketplace.

For developers
Connect your store with one API key
No code needed on ready-made platforms: just enter your WooCommerce, Shopify or ikas key. For custom software, the Hepsinde API serves products, stock and prices, accepts your orders and sends signed notifications to your site when stock changes.

Every plan includes: orders, stock sync, e-invoices via Paraşüt, picking and barcode packing, bundles and returns, reports, own-store connection and API. Orders keep coming in at the limit; you get notified.
FAQ
Common questions
Do I give you my marketplace password?
No. We use the API key each marketplace provides for integrations. Keys are stored encrypted, never shown again and deleted when you remove the connection.
Is it hard to switch from my current integrator?
Products are matched by SKU or barcode, and you can import from Excel. No stock changes on any channel until you approve the first sync; you see the differences first.
Who issues the invoices?
Your own Paraşüt account does. Hepsinde sends the order details and forwards the invoice PDF to the marketplace.
How do I connect my own store?
On WooCommerce, Shopify or ikas, choose your platform under Connections and enter your store key. With custom software, create an API key and your developer follows the API docs.
How do I pay?
Choose your plan under Settings › Plans in the panel; we email you the invoice and payment details. Automatic card payments are coming soon. Subscriptions are managed only on hepsinde.app.
Where is my data and how is it protected?
Data is on our server in Germany, with every business kept separate. Keys are encrypted and buyers’ personal data is never sent to Claude. Details in the privacy policy.
