Uygulamaya giremiyorsanız: hesabınızın e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme" konulu e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra en geç 7 gün içinde sileriz.
Neler silinir
- Hesabınız: e-posta, ad, oturumlar, iki adımlı doğrulama, bildirim tercihleri; Apple ile girdiyseniz Apple yetkisi iptal edilir.
- Yalnız sizin üye olduğunuz işletmelerin bütün verisi: ürünler, stok hareketleri, siparişler ve alıcı bilgileri, iadeler, sorular, mağaza ve Paraşüt bağlantıları, faturalar ve PDF'leri, hakediş kayıtları, işlem geçmişi.
Neler kalır
- Başka üyesi olan işletmelerde yalnız üyeliğiniz kalkar; işletmenin verisi diğer üyeler için kalır. Başka sahibi olmayan böyle bir işletmenin sahibiyseniz önce sahipliği devretmeniz istenir.
- Pazaryerlerine ve Paraşüt'e daha önce gönderilmiş kayıtlar (ör. resmileşmiş e-faturalar) o hizmetlerde, onların kurallarına göre kalır.
- Silinen veriler şifreli yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde düşer.
Silmeden önce işletme verinizi Ayarlar › Verilerimi dışa aktar ile indirebilirsiniz.
Account and data deletion

In the app: open Settings ("More" on phones) › Delete account at the bottom › type your email to confirm (and the code if two-step verification is on) › Delete permanently.
If you cannot sign in: email [email protected] from your account's address with the subject "Account deletion". We delete it within 7 days after verifying your identity.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, name, sessions, two-step verification, notification preferences; Apple authorization is revoked if you used Sign in with Apple.
- All data of businesses where you are the only member: products, stock movements, orders and buyer details, returns, questions, store and Paraşüt connections, invoices and PDFs, settlement records, activity log.
What is kept
- In businesses with other members only your membership is removed; the business data stays for the other members. If you are the only owner of such a business you are asked to transfer ownership first.
- Records already sent to marketplaces and Paraşüt (e.g. issued e-invoices) remain with those services under their rules.
- Deleted data drops out of encrypted backups within 30 days.
Before deleting you can download your business data in Settings › Export my data.
