Hepsinde'yi (uygulamalar ve web paneli) kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hepsinde, Tekra (tekra.app) tarafından geliştirilir.
1. Hizmet
Hepsinde, satıcının kendi pazaryeri ve muhasebe hesaplarına bağlanarak sipariş, stok, fiyat, iade, soru ve fatura işlemlerini tek yerden yapmasını sağlar. Pazaryerleri ve Paraşüt bağımsız hizmetlerdir; onların kesintilerinden, kural değişikliklerinden ve verdikleri bilgilerin doğruluğundan sorumlu değiliz.
2. Hesap ve ekip
Hesap bilgilerinizi ve bağladığınız API anahtarlarını korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. İşletmeye eklediğiniz ekip üyelerinin işlemlerinden işletme sorumludur; roller ve işlem geçmişi bunun için vardır.
3. Satıcının sorumluluğu
Stok, fiyat, ürün bilgisi, fatura ve müşteri cevapları satıcı adına gönderilir; içeriklerin doğruluğu ve vergi/mevzuat uyumu satıcıya aittir. Claude ile hazırlanan cevap taslakları öneri niteliğindedir ve satıcı onaylamadan gönderilmez. Hakediş ve tahminler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; resmi kayıt pazaryerinin ve muhasebenizin kayıtlarıdır.
4. Paketler ve ödeme
Deneme süresinden sonra hizmet aylık paketlerle sunulur; paket ve ödeme işlemleri web üzerinden yapılır. Paket sınırları (sipariş, mağaza, kullanıcı sayısı) Ayarlar › Kullanım ve paket'te görünür.
5. Kabul edilemez kullanım
Hizmeti başkalarının hesaplarına izinsiz erişmek, pazaryeri kurallarını ihlal etmek, sistemleri aşırı yüklemek ya da yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak yasaktır; bu durumda hesap askıya alınabilir.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Hizmeti özenle ve kesintisiz sunmaya çalışırız ancak hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan (kâr kaybı, pazaryeri cezaları vb.) sorumlu değiliz; doğrudan zararlarda sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda ödediğiniz ücretle sınırlıdır.
7. Fesih
Hesabınızı istediğiniz an Ayarlar › Hesabı sil ile kapatabilirsiniz (ayrıntı). Kişisel veriler için Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatı taşımayan kullanıcılar için İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

By using Hepsinde (apps and web panel) you accept these terms. Hepsinde is developed by Tekra (tekra.app).
1. Service
Hepsinde connects to the seller's own marketplace and accounting accounts to manage orders, stock, prices, returns, questions and invoices in one place. Marketplaces and Paraşüt are independent services; we are not responsible for their outages, rule changes or the accuracy of the data they provide.
2. Account and team
You are responsible for keeping your account and connected API keys secure. The business is responsible for actions of team members it adds; roles and the activity log exist for this.
3. Seller's responsibility
Stock, prices, product data, invoices and customer answers are sent on the seller's behalf; their accuracy and tax/legal compliance are the seller's. Answer drafts prepared with Claude are suggestions and are never sent without the seller's approval. Settlements and forecasts are informational; the official records are the marketplace's and your accountant's.
4. Plans and payment
After the trial the service is offered in monthly plans; plans and payments are handled on the web. Plan limits (orders, stores, users) are shown in Settings › Usage and plan.
5. Unacceptable use
Using the service to access others' accounts without permission, break marketplace rules, overload systems or for unlawful purposes is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim to run the service carefully and continuously but do not guarantee it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, marketplace penalties, etc.); liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time in Settings › Delete account (details). The Privacy Policy applies to personal data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For non-consumer users, Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
