Gizlilik Politikası

Hepsinde, pazaryeri satıcılarının siparişlerini, stoklarını, iadelerini ve faturalarını tek yerden yönetmesini sağlayan bir iş uygulamasıdır (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows ve app.hepsinde.app web paneli). Hepsinde, Tekra (tekra.app) tarafından geliştirilir. Bu metin hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi, nerede sakladığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar (6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR).
1. İşlediğimiz veriler
Hesap verileri (sorumlusu biziz)
- E-posta adresi, ad (verirseniz), dil tercihi; Google ya da Apple ile girişte bu hizmetlerin verdiği kimlik ve e-posta.
- Oturum bilgileri: cihaz adı, IP adresi, oturum zamanları (güvenlik ve "yeni cihazdan giriş" uyarısı için).
- İki adımlı doğrulama açıksa şifrelenmiş doğrulama anahtarı.
- Ekip üyelikleri, rolleri ve işlem geçmişi (kim, ne zaman, hangi işlemi yaptı).
İşletme verileri (sorumlusu satıcı, biz işleyeniz)
- Ürünler, stok, fiyatlar, pazaryeri ilanları, raporlar, hakediş kayıtları.
- Pazaryerlerinden gelen siparişler ve iadeler: alıcının adı, teslimat/fatura adresi, telefon ve sipariş içeriği. Bu veriler satıcının pazaryeri hesabından, satıcının talimatıyla çekilir ve yalnız siparişin hazırlanması, faturalanması ve iadenin yönetimi için kullanılır.
- Müşteri soruları ve verilen cevaplar.
- Pazaryeri ve Paraşüt bağlantı bilgileri (API anahtarları, kullanıcı bilgileri): sunucuda işletmeye özel anahtarla şifrelenmiş saklanır, uygulamada ve dışa aktarmada gösterilmez.
- Kesilen faturaların PDF kopyaları.
Reklam göstermeyiz; reklam kimliği, konum, kişi rehberi, kamera (barkod okutma dışında, görüntü saklanmaz) ya da analiz/izleme aracı kullanmayız. Verileri satmayız.
2. Neden işliyoruz (hukuki sebep)
- Hizmeti sunmak ve sözleşmeyi ifa etmek: giriş, sipariş/stok eşitleme, fatura kesme, bildirimler.
- Güvenlik ve meşru menfaat: oturum kayıtları, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, hata giderme.
- Yasal yükümlülük: fatura ve muhasebe kayıtlarının saklanması (satıcının yükümlülüğü kapsamında).
3. Kimlerle paylaşılır
- Pazaryerleri (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, PttAVM): satıcının bağladığı hesaplara stok, fiyat, sipariş durumu, soru cevabı, fatura bağlantısı gönderilir.
- Paraşüt: satıcı bağlarsa e-Fatura/e-Arşiv için alıcı ve sipariş bilgileri.
- Anthropic (Claude): satıcı "taslak oluştur" derse müşteri sorusu, ürün bilgisi ve önceki cevaplar; ad, telefon, e-posta, adres gibi kişisel veriler gönderilmeden önce maskelenir. Taslak satıcı onaylamadan gönderilmez.
- Google / Apple: yalnız bu yöntemlerle giriş yaparsanız kimlik doğrulama.
- Altyapı: sunucumuz Almanya'daki veri merkezinde; alan adı, web paneli ve ağ koruması Cloudflare; e-postalar kendi posta sunucumuzdan gider.
Bunlar dışında veri yalnız yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşılır.
4. Saklama süresi
Veriler hesap ve işletme açık kaldıkça saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde hesabınız ve yalnız sizin üye olduğunuz işletmelerin bütün verisi hemen silinir; şifreli veritabanı yedeklerinden en geç 30 gün içinde düşer. Giriş kodları 10 dakikada geçersiz olur.
5. Güvenlik
Bağlantılar TLS ile şifrelidir. Anahtarlar ve parolalar AES-GCM ile şifreli saklanır; işletmelerin verisi veritabanında satır düzeyinde güvenlikle birbirinden ayrılır; roller ve yetkiler (ör. depo rolü fiyat görmez) uygulanır.
6. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız vardır. İşletme sahibi Ayarlar › Verilerimi dışa aktar ile bütün işletme verisini indirebilir; hesabı Ayarlar › Hesabı sil ile kapatabilir (ayrıntı: hesap silme). Talepleriniz için [email protected] adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde cevaplarız.
7. Çocuklar
Hepsinde işletmeler içindir; 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu metni güncellediğimizde tarihi değiştiririz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada ya da e-postayla bildiririz.

Hepsinde is a business app that lets marketplace sellers manage orders, stock, returns and invoices in one place (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the app.hepsinde.app web panel). Hepsinde is developed by Tekra (tekra.app). This policy explains what data we process, why, where it is stored and your rights (Turkish KVKK and GDPR).
1. Data we process
Account data (we are the controller)
- Email address, name (if provided), language; for Google or Apple sign-in, the identifier and email those services provide.
- Session data: device name, IP address, session times (for security and new-device sign-in alerts).
- If two-step verification is on, the encrypted verification secret.
- Team memberships, roles and the activity log (who did what and when).
Business data (the seller is the controller, we are the processor)
- Products, stock, prices, marketplace listings, reports, settlement records.
- Orders and returns fetched from marketplaces: buyer name, shipping/billing address, phone and order contents. Fetched from the seller's own marketplace account on the seller's instruction and used only to prepare, invoice and handle returns of orders.
- Customer questions and answers.
- Marketplace and Paraşüt connection details (API keys, credentials): stored encrypted on the server with a per-business key, never shown in the app or exports.
- PDF copies of issued invoices.
We show no ads and use no advertising ID, location, contacts, analytics or tracking tools. The camera is used only to scan barcodes; no images are stored. We do not sell data.
2. Why (legal basis)
- To provide the service under our contract: sign-in, order/stock sync, invoicing, notifications.
- Security and legitimate interest: session logs, abuse prevention, troubleshooting.
- Legal obligation: retention of invoices and accounting records (as part of the seller's obligations).
3. Who we share with
- Marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, PttAVM): stock, prices, order status, answers and invoice links are sent to the accounts the seller connects.
- Paraşüt: if connected, buyer and order details for e-invoices.
- Anthropic (Claude): when the seller asks for a draft answer, the question, product details and earlier answers; personal data such as names, phone numbers, emails and addresses is masked first. Drafts are never sent without the seller's approval.
- Google / Apple: authentication only, if you sign in with them.
- Infrastructure: our server is in a data centre in Germany; domain, web panel and network protection by Cloudflare; email is sent from our own mail server.
Otherwise data is shared only with authorities when legally required.
4. Retention
Data is kept while the account and business exist. When you delete your account, your account and all data of businesses where you are the only member are deleted immediately and drop out of encrypted database backups within 30 days. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.
5. Security
Connections use TLS. Keys and credentials are encrypted with AES-GCM; businesses' data is separated with row-level security in the database; roles and permissions apply (e.g. the warehouse role cannot see prices).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing and port your data. Business owners can download all business data in Settings › Export my data and close the account in Settings › Delete account (see account deletion). Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
7. Children
Hepsinde is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
8. Changes
When we update this policy we change the date and announce significant changes in the app or by email.
